基于水热反应的Cu_2O纳米结构的原位合成与形貌演化IN SITU SYNTHESIS AND MORPHOLOGIES EVOLUTION OF Cu_2O NANOSTRUCTURES BASED ON HYDROTHERMAL REACTION

摘要(Abstract):
Cu2O作为一种重要的半导体化合物在传感器、光催化和锂离子电池等领域有着重要的应用价值。本文在没有使用任何表面活性剂情况下,直接利用氧化铜片的方法水热合成形貌多样的Cu2O纳米结构,如八面体,三叉状,线状结构等。通过调整生长参数,详细研究了反应物浓度,反应温度,反应时间等对Cu2O形貌演化产生的影响。
