气相法制备半导体ZnS一维纳米结构的研究进展RESEARCH OF SEMICONDUCTOR ZNS ONE-DIMENSIONAL NANOSTRUCTURES

摘要(Abstract):
一维纳米材料(纳米管、纳米线、纳米带、纳米锯等)具有特异的物理、化学性质,并在未来纳米器件中具有潜在的应用价值,因此成为纳米材料领域中的研究热点。Ⅱ-Ⅵ族半导体化合物ZnS是一种重要的光电、发光和激光材料。对半导体ZnS一维纳米结构的合成方法、晶体结构、生长机制作了详细的论述。同时,对ZnS一维纳米结构的未来研究方向和应用作了展望。
