环境障涂层用莫来石涂层材料的制备和表征研究The Preparation and Characterization of Mullite Coating Material for Environmental Barrier Coating

摘要(Abstract):
以正硅酸乙酯、九水合硝酸铝(Al(NO_3)3·9H_2O)为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备莫来石溶胶,通过高温煅烧获得莫来石粉体。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC和TG)、红外光谱仪(IR)对莫来石涂层材料进行分析。研究表明:在1300℃的煅烧下可以获得单纯的莫来石相;干凝胶升温过程的失重主要出现在30-400℃温度区间内,失重率为63.32%;1100℃热处理的样品已经出现了莫来石的光谱带,并一直稳定存在,当温度升高到1300℃时,吸收峰的强度达到最大,转变完全。
