摘要(Abstract)：
重结晶碳化硅陶瓷烧成试验采用国内碳化硅微粉,对其烧成后的现象与结果进行分析检测,在热力学分析和试验的基础上得出含有较多杂质的国内碳化硅微粉在重结晶烧成中有显著分解挥发,而且影响碳化硅的蒸发凝聚过程。
