基于感性工学和语义差异法的陶瓷用户体验设计研究Research on User Experience Design of Ceramic Based on Kansei Engineering and Semantic Difference Method

摘要(Abstract):
本研究应用感性工学和语义差异法,从视觉和触觉维度探讨用户的使用体验。通过对具有代表性的斯堪的纳维亚公司的陶瓷产品的测评,从设计角度提出策略:如何遵循用户体验进行陶瓷产品设计创新。在具体的设计研究阶段,首先,对30位斯堪的纳维亚的陶瓷产品设计师进行访谈,确定了用来测评的14个样本;然后,采用语义差异法设计量表收集数据,39位被测者参与了样品的评估和访谈,将所收集到的数据运用因子分析法进行降维和分类,最终获得三个主成分矩阵。分析认为:具有积极的触觉感知和触觉记忆、易用性的陶瓷产品能够增强用户体验;积极的视觉体验可以通过陶瓷产品简约的造型和时尚的装饰来实现。
