建盏釉用矿石性能分析Performance Analysis of Ore Used to Make Glaze of Jian Bowls

摘要(Abstract):
以福建省南平市水吉镇所产矿样为研究对象,采用XRF、XRD、TG-DTA和高温物性测试仪研究矿样的化学组成、矿物组成,以及加热过程中的变化。结果表明:该矿样主要由石英、方解石和钾长石组成,含少量滑石和褐铁矿;化学组成为Si O_2 57.87 wt.%,Al_2O_3 16.76 wt.%,Ca O 3.85 wt.%,Mg O 2.47 wt.%,K_2O 6.60 wt.%,Na_2O 0.66 wt.%,Fe_2O_3 4.43 wt.%,灼减量7.25 wt.%。矿样在加热过程中呈现出与釉料类似的熔融特征,熔融温度范围为1228~1320℃,单一组分可作釉料使用,但无法形成理想的油滴斑。
