浅析利用高温物性测试仪研究釉的熔融性能Preliminary Analysis on Melting Behavior of Glaze via Hot Stage Microscope

摘要(Abstract):
釉是施于陶瓷坯体表面的玻璃质薄层,可以遮盖瓷胎表面的气孔,使陶瓷表面更加光洁,在釉面上进行彩饰时也能赋予陶瓷制品艺术美感。釉料的熔融温度范围测定对实际生产能起到良好的指导作用。本文利用高温物性测定仪研究了釉料的熔融过程,对其受热过程中试样轮廓的演变过程进行了描述,也对关键温度点进行了辨析,以期为其他测试者释疑。
