β-锂霞石的合成工艺研究及结构特征RESEARCH ON SYNTHESIS TECHNIQUE AND STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS OF β-EUCRYPTITE

摘要(Abstract):
为了研究合成β-锂霞石的最佳合成温度,对压成的生料块分别在最高合成温度为1310℃,1350℃,1400℃下进行合成,通过对比不同合成温度下得到的样品X射线衍射图,从而确定出采用直接烧结法合成β-锂霞石的最佳合成温度,并通过研究β-锂霞石的结构特征,解释了其负热膨胀机理。结果表明,在保温时间一定的条件下,合成温度越高,β-锂霞石的相对含量越少,合成β-锂霞石的最佳合成温度为1310℃。
